How to get biceps veins | biceps veins

 

Muscular arms with popping veins make the deadly combination and eye catching physique. but it doesn't develop in overnight, takes time obviously. 

Not a single factor will help you to get visible biceps, you need hardwork, less body fat and so on that i m going to tell you in this article.

1. Less body fat 

Visible biceps need less body fat percentage at least 12% body fat, if your body fat is less that 10% then it is very easy to develop visible vein. 

For less body fat you have to eat less fat, less calories and add cardio with strength training in your workout schedule.

2. Isolate biceps workout 

For visible biceps veins you have to do some isolation workout of biceps at least twice a week. isolation mean you merely train your biceps with isolation movement not compound. 

And finish your arms workout with high repetitions or drop sets.

3. Eat to increase nitric oxide 

Nitric oxide helps to dilate your blood vessels which makes them more apparent. for nitric oxide you don't need to rely on supplement there plenty of foods that help increase the nitric oxide in the blood:

  • Beet root
  • Lettuce
  • Spinach
  • Broccoli 
  • Celery 
  • Arugula

4. Cut down the sodium intake

Salt retain the water in your muscles by which your biceps veins not able to show. cut down the sodium amount from your meal so your muscle retain less water and help to show more visible veins.
