Now a days air pollution is on peak with AQI 400 or above in Delhi NCR area, and Delhi listed as world's most polluted city in the world. 

Amid air pollution the number of cases of respiratory diseases, eye disease are rising drastically and conditions seems to worsen every single day. 

Folks are very much concern about their health specially parents, older one and the one who already suffering from certain respiratory and cardiovascular disease.

So how to keep their body healthy despite the toxic smog we breath.

Here in this article we are gonna tell you about that how to stay healthy amid air pollution:

 

Wear Mask

Although in current situation it is very important to wear mask because it also prevent of getting corona virus and help to filter out the pollutant and prevent you from respiratory disease. 

So whenever you are travel such polluted area, construction site, industrial area do no forget to wear mask. 

Try to wear N95 type mask, cause it can filter out even small pollutants from the air. 

 Avoid Morning walk 

If your are living in highly polluted area or surrounding by then you should avoid morning walk or run or any other outdoor activities cause it will not give any positive effects to your body but it may make you. so it is better to do some kind of physical workout at home until the air pollution settle down. 

Avoid dense traffic areas

Automobile is one of the foremost cause of air pollution, pollution from highway or crowded street are more dense, that are the some places where pollution is higher and may affect your lungs, eyes and skin as well. 

If it is possible to you then leave your house more prior to reach your workplace early and less chance to stuck in traffic or you can choose some other way which is less crowded or traffic are less even it is longer than regular one.

Use Air-purifiers

There was a time when we no need to use these kind of purifiers but now time has changed, pollution are on peak, toxic gases and pollutant are making everyone cough, eye burning sensation, red eyes, throat irritation.so it is better to breath good air at least in your home by using air-purifiers. 

Place air purifiers especially in kids and older family member's room, cause they are more prone to get effected by the toxic air. 

Ventilate your home

Amid heavy air pollution, keep your windows and doors open in the evening or early morning when overall pollution are less in comparison of other time. because indoor pollution is much dangerous than outdoor pollution. 

So, it its important to ventilate your home in order to keep the air fresh and avoid toxic air to breath.
