Deadlift is one of the most common and popular exercise among gym guys.
Deadlift is a compound exercise , it targets most of the body muscles at a time. it is weight training 
exercise in which you have to lift a loaded barbell off the ground.
In deadlift there are several position that invidual could chose according to their comfort, which include
the conventional deadlift and sumo deadlift.
You can perform deadlift with many variations like with dumbbells, barbell and with kettlebells.
In deadlift you can hold the barbell with three types of grip- Overhand grip, Mix grip (one grip with overhand and another with underhand grip) or hook grip. 
How to do
Stand straight with feet shoulder-apart. bent your knees and keep your 
back straight and grab the rod. keep your shoulder down, now fully 
extend your legs and pull the bar up, should end up standing straight 
with the barbell held at waist height.
