Best exercise for Chicken legs

Workout 1 with increasement of weight in every sets

  • Weighted Squat-  3 sets of 10-12 reps, rest between set 2 min
  • Walking lunges with rod- 3 sets of 10 step walks by each leg, rest between sets 2 min
  • Leg press-  3 sets of 20 reps, rest between sets 2 min.
  • Leg curl- 3 sets of 20 resp, rest between set 2min
  • Leg extension- 3 sets of 20 resp, rest between set 2min
  • Lunges with dumbbell- 3 sets of 10-12 reps by each leg, rest between sets 2 min

Workout 2 with constant weight

  • Weighted Squat-  3 sets till failure, rest between sets 2 min
  • Walking lunges with rod- 3 sets till failure, rest between sets 2 min
  • Leg press-  3 sets till failure, rest between sets 2 min.
  • Leg curl- 3 sets till failure, rest between set 2min
  • Lunges with dumbbell- 3 sets till failure, rest between sets 2 min
  • Leg extension- 3 sets till failure, rest between set 2min
