Detoxification is the body process in which body eliminates the waste and toxin from the body in the form of urine, sweating, breathing. 

The skin, lungs, digestive tract, liver and kidneys are the organs which plays an important role in detoxification. 

Some time body's natural detoxification system become weak due to some health issue then in the mean time we have to take help form selective diet or medication to detox toxin from the body. 

Detoxification is essential body process because toxins are very harmful for your body which are comes from processed food, alcohol, pollution, disturbed lifestyle, intestinal microbes, etc. 

If detoxification system become weak due to any reason then toxin begin to accumulate in the body and may lead to some serious heath issues or may affect vital organs. 

The toxins which are accumulated in fat cells are hard to eliminate by body. 

As we know our body has its natural detoxification system but sometimes our body give indication for external help to remove toxins.

1. Headache 

If you are persistently feeling inexplicable headache then it may be a sign of high toxin level than normal.  

Toxin can affect the brain as well, food coloring, heavy metal, food preservatives can lead to headache.

If your are feeling mood swings all day long then it may be due to hormonal changes and high toxin level can easily manipulate your hormones level.

3. Unpleasant body smell

Unpleasant body smell means, bad breath, bad odor gas and stool which may occur because your liver and digestive system struggle to get rid of high toxic compound.

4. Unwanted weight gain

If you are getting unwanted persistent weight gain, despite eating in calorie deficit and doing exercise too then it is nothing else it is just toxin overload in your fat tissues or cells.
