1. Sarvangasana

- Improve focus and concentration
- Improve blood circulation to the brain.

How to do 

 First lay down on your back on the mat, keep your feet together and straight. now start raising your legs upward and make 90 degree angel with your body. now bend your elbow and place under the waist, now start lifting your waist upward with legs and your body should be in straight position for couple of min.

2. Padahastasana

- Energizes your nervous system
- Improve blood circulation to your brain

How to do

Stand straight and keep your hand on the side, now start lifting your hand and bend forward from the waist and try to place your palm under your feet, hold this position for at least 10 sec or more.

 

3. Bhramari Pranayam

- Bhramari pranayam help calming down the mind and improve individual's focus and concentration.

How to do


a. Stand straight on the floor and close your eyes.
b. Let your eyes closed for some time and feel the sensation of your body
c. Now place your index finger on ear and start inhaling but when you about to exhale at the same time start pressing your ear cartilage and make a loud or low pitched humming sound like bee
d. Breath it again and keep continue for at least 5 min



4. Vrikshasana

-This resembles to the Tree, in this Asana individual has to stand like a tree.

- Improve focus and concentration

STEPS-

a. Stand straight comfortably
b. Then lift your left leg and bend from knee and place the foot high up on your right thigh.
c. Start inhale and raise your hand over the head and make a position of Namste by bringing your both the palm together.
d. Stand straight and make a balance
e. And exhale gradually and come to the normal position.
f. Repeat this pose on next leg.

5. Thunderbolt


- It helps in better digestion
- Improve focus and concentration
- It maintains metabolism of your body

 How to do

a. First knee down and sit back on your heel along with thighs on your calves

b. Make sure your back should be in straight position and place your hands on thighs

c. Take deep inhale and hold this position for 5-6 min. after it come back to the normal position.
