Bicycle crunch is a perfect exercise for tummy, it is not only target usual abs but also target the deep abs and the oblique.

Bicycle crunch is a good choice for core and abdominal muscles and it doesn't require any much space and equipment. beginners can also do this exercise easily.

How to do


Lie on your back on the mat, press your lower back into the floor and bend your knees. place your hand
behind your head, keep your elbows wide gently grab your head by hands. now lift your one leg and stretched it out and lift another leg and bend it form knee. now as you straighten left leg out at about 45 degree angle, turn your upper body to the right, bringing left elbow towards right leg. movement should come through ribs not from elbow. Now return to the center position and straighten your right leg to 45 degree angle and turn upper body to the left, bringing right elbow toward left leg. now return to the starting position.
