EASY AND EFFECTIVE HOME WORKOUT THAT WILL KEEP YOU FIT DURING THIS LOCKDOWN


 

Workout is way of life to keep yourself healthy and fit, one who want to his/her self healthy and fit must have to include some physical workout.

Now,during this time every where there is lock-down no one is allowed to go gym or parks,you must
do some exercises at home and there is no equipment needed.

So there are some exercises which you can perform at your home:-

1- Plank- 

For an easy and effective workout you must include plank in your workout and its improves your strengthening.

HOW TO DO:
 a. Lie on the ground in push-up position.
 b. Now, balance your body on your elbow.
 c. Now,try to hold position for minimum 30 seconds.
  *Also try to increase holding time.


 

2- Straight-leg donkey kicks- 

This is an amazing exercise that you must include in your workout plan. this helps in building glutes and core also engage muscles.

HOW TO DO:
 a. Place your knees and your palms on the floor and keep your back straight.
 b. Imagine you’re kicking something with one leg and push your right leg in a straight position.
 c. Return to the start position and repeat.
  *Also try to do minimum 10 repetitions.

3- Knee push-ups- 

This is an amazing exercise primarily for core and arms.by including this exercise in your workout you can improve arms power.         

HOW TO DO:
 a. Start from the standard push-up position but, instead of your feet, place your knees on the floor.
 b. Your feet should be slightly lifted from your knees.
 c. Then, bend your elbows up and down like normal push-ups while maintaining a straight position from your head to the knees.

4- Squats- 

This exercise primarily for core and balancing. this for lower body weight for toning your gluteus maximus muscles.

HOW TO DO:
 a. Widen your feet parallel to your shoulder and extend your arms in front of you.
 b. Bend your knees and your hips slightly and then do the traditional squat position.
 c. Push up using your heels and repeat.
  *Try to do min 2 sets and 10 repetition.

 


 


5- Crunches- 

You can also include crunches your daily workout.This basically helps to maintain body weight. Not, of course, to be confused with squats, doing crunches is one of the most effective body weight exercises to strengthen your body core. 

HOW TO DO:
 a. Lie on the floor and rest on your back. Ensure that your knees are bent, and feet are touching the floor.
 b. Put your hands behind your head and then lift both your chest and your legs slightly but leave a gap between them.
 c. Go back to the starting position and repeat.
 *Try to do minimum 3 repetition.
