Keto diet helps weight loss, and also in some medical conditions too like- diabetes, certain cancer and etc.

1. Dark chocolate

Dark chocolate contains very low amount of carbohydrates, 28g of dark chocolate contains 3 g of carbohydrates, it is rich source of antioxidant, helps to reduce high blood pressure. 

 

2. Unsweetened Drinks 

Unsweetened drinks like tea and coffee. why unsweetened drinks because it doesn't contains any carbs. caffeine improve your mood, physical performance, metabolism and etc. 


3. Butter

Butter are the good source of healthy fat and contains very low amount of carbs. best food for keto diet. 


4. Berries

Most of the fruits are a good source of carbohydrates but not are berries.

Berries are very low in carbohydrates and contains high amount of fibers. they are also a good source of antioxidant which helps reduce inflammation and kills free radicals.


5. Nuts and Seeds

Nuts and seeds contains healthy fat and low carbohydrates. these are ideal food for keto diet. 

they are also rich in fiber which gives you feeling of fullness. 

Almonds, Brazil nuts, Cashew, Pecans, Pistachios, walnuts, chia seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, etc. 


6. Yogurt and Cheese

Yogurt and cheese are contains high amount of protein along with fat and contains very low carbs. 

They helps to decrease hunger and gives the feeling of fullness. yogurt are super probiotic which helps to improve gut health and improve digestion. 

 

7. Eggs

Eggs are the rich source of protein and healthy fat as well. one medium egg contains < 1g of carbs and approx 6g of protein. 

 

8. Low carbs vegges

Vegetables which doesn't contains starch are low in carbs and good for keto diet too. 

Avocado, Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Cucumber, Green beans, Kale, Peppers, Olive, Spinach, Asparagus, etc. 

 

9. Fish

Fish and red meat contains trace amount of carbs which makes them ideal food for ketogenic diet. fatty fishes are the rich source of the OMEGA-3 fats. and some fishes are rich in Vitamin B, potassium and etc.
