2.Skip the salt-


This may be a not a good news for folks who like to consume more salt, but excessive sodium in your diet can increase fluid retention, and fluid gathering around your eyes can lead to swelling and dark circles.
The AHA suggests consuming less than 2,300 milligrams of sodium per day.

 



3. Almond oil -


A mixture of almond oil and vitamin E may be a natural remedy for dark circles if  you used over time. gently massage with this mixture of almond oil and Vitamin E under your eyes before going to bed. rinse the area with cold water when you wake up.




4.Switch up your eye makeup remover-


When you are taking a full nap of 8 hours even then you have dark circles when you wake up then your dark circles could be nothing more than yesterday’s mascara or make up. clean your makeup with the help of makeup remover wipes.

Researches have been shown that applying lactic acid to the skin around the eyes can solve the problem of dark circles. While there are too many OTC products which contains lactic acid, you can apply milk cause it contains lactic acid and can be used as a compress.

A 2015 study found that applying vitamin K with an emu oil base under the eyes may reduced dark circles in 4-5 weeks.

 



7.Reduce stress-


Stress may play a role causing dark circles. Research has found that stress causes hyper-pigmentation. Reducing stress is easier said than done, but getting more sleep and exercising regularly can help you to be stress free and doing yoga may be a good option to overcome from stress.
